• Lens: Features a built-in 38mm to 140mm Minolta Aspherical zoom lens, constructed of 8 elements in 7 groups. The maximum aperture ranges from f/3.5 (at 38mm) to f/9.4 (at 140mm).
• Focusing: Utilises a built-in autofocus system with various modes including Area AF and Spot AF for sharp images. The closest focusing distance is 80 cm.
• Exposure & Film: The camera features automatic exposure control with shutter speeds ranging from 1/500s to 4s. It automatically detects film speeds via DX code, supporting a range of ISO 25 to ISO 3200.
• Flash: Includes a built-in auto flash with red-eye reduction and fill-flash modes, which can also be turned off.
• Other functions: The camera offers a self-timer function, motorized film transport (auto-loading, winding, and rewinding), and a panoramic mode via internal masking.
• Power: It requires two CR123A lithium batteries for operation. The optional date-back feature (available on some models) requires an additional CR1220 battery.
