This stock is from a short end of 500T cinema film rolled into 35mm cassettes of 36exp ready to use in 35mm film cameras.
What is a short end? When filming is finished, there may still be some film leftover film in the magazine from the 400ft roll. This is handled by professionals and Re-Canned for later use. This stock is perfect to shoot a test roll through a new camera and for general shooting. If you are planning to shoot a professional project, we recommend shooting our fresh 500T in the purple box which is delivered fresh monthly.
DX coded for use in Point & Shoot and Manual cameras.
This film has a remjet layer so you won't get any halation. You'll just get a monster image!
All our film is kept in the fridge to prolong its lifespan.
Store unexposed film at 13°C or lower. For extended storage, store at -18°C or lower. Process exposed film promptly.
